Strength & Agility Program: A tailored strength and conditioning plan that evolves to meet the changing needs of your athlete, enhancing both power and flexibility.
Mentorship & Mindset Coaching: Personal mentorship and strategic mindset training included to help your athlete navigate the mental aspects of competitive sports. Up to two sessions are provided within the 4 week program, ensuring a strong mental foundation as your athlete begins their development journey.

Important Details:
Locations for Training: Hitting or pitching lessons will be conducted at the Cages Training Facility at or at a local park. Training sessions dedicated to speed, agility, or defense will be held outdoors at a local park to utilize space for extensive drills and activities.
No Refunds Policy: Please note that once registered, payments are non-refundable. We commit resources to ensure your athlete receives the highest quality training from the start, and as such, we cannot offer refunds once a purchase has been confirmed.
